We offer residential and commercial construction services, as detailed on our website. The scope of services will be confirmed at the time of booking and carried out according to the description provided.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance, either through our website, by phone, or via email.
• Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via check, Venmo, Zelle, or cash.
• Payment Schedule: Payment is due on the day of service.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Access to Property: You agree to provide access to the property for our team. If access is denied (e.g., locked doors), you will be charged the full service fee.
• Work Environment: You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for our staff. If hazardous or unsafe conditions are present, services may be canceled.

5. Service Limitations

• Exclusions: Our services do not include handling hazardous materials, biohazards, or extreme conditions unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Damages: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on your property.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for the highest quality service. If you’re unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll address the issue promptly.

7. Liability

We take precautions to avoid accidents, but we are not liable for damages or injuries caused by customer negligence or hazardous conditions on the property.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion due to repeated payment issues, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
